The principals of Hamlin Properties are the husband and wife team of Norman and Kathy Hamlin. We operate 9 apartment properties in San Diego, CA. Most of the properties are in the North Park or University Heights section of San Diego. Our properties range in size from 8 to 32 units. Most of our properties have electronic entry gates, on-site laundry and garages or off street parking. Many of our properties offer electronic entry gates for the privacy of our residents. We take pride in our properties and strive to have the best building on the block.

Social Impact Products (SIP) came to life in 2011 to fulfill the dream of its Founder and President, Al Atallah. Al has always had a passion for helping others and wanted to create a business that would do just that, hence, SIP was born. In creating SIP, a for-profit company, his vision was to establish a three-way partnership between SIP, retailers, and local charitable organizations. By doing so, all three would benefit from the sale of SIP beverages.
